# What Made You Smile Today?

> A public feed of small good things. People share one sentence, a photo, or both about something that made them smile today. Post for the moment, not for reach.

There are no comments and no follower counts. The only response on a post is a heart, which means "this made me smile too." You can privately follow people to see their smiles in a Following tab; nobody is told they were followed and nothing is counted. A post can tag someone with @username. Anyone can read the feed without an account; an account is needed to post, leave a heart, or follow someone. Posts are grouped by day, newest first.

A smile can also belong to one Smile Wall. A Smile Wall (a community page) is a place where people in the same group share the little things that made them smile, such as a family, an office, friends, a school, a team, an event, or a neighborhood. Smiles on a Smile Wall are public. Anyone signed in can create a Smile Wall, and a moderator approves it before it appears. Verified Smile Walls get a badge and can be embedded on other websites.
